The Tampa Bay Veterinarians Specialists informed us that
We have reached our goal.
This is such great news. To have raised this type of funding in less than two weeks is a testimonial of the degree of human kindness that exist within our community.
A few area bands donated time and money to help make this happen. As well, We had two very generous donations made anonymously that covered almost half of our goal. Without these efforts and the many others who donated, Mojo would have been in deep trouble.
Now its just a matter of getting through Mojos surgery.
We look forward to many years of the fulfillment of having such a great pet as a family member..
Please remove the Saving Mojo banners from your sites and or webpages.
We are no longer accepting donations..
God Bless everybody.. You are all amazing.....

We look forward to serving the music
community for many more…
( St. Petersburg , Florida ) – PRO STAR
will hold an open house on Sunday, November.
16. PRO STAR turns 6 years old February 2009
and wants to start to celebrate a little
early by Thanking (November is a Thankful
time)) and inviting existing clients,
students as well as future ones. Meet and
greet our staff!
Sunday’s open house, at 3220 38th avenue
north, St. Pete begins at 3 p.m. and
continues until 6 p.m. Wine, Beer, soft
drinks and finger foods will be available.
All ages are welcome. There will be studio
related give away prizes through out the
event.
You don’t want to miss our PRE-BIRTHDAY
BASH.
There will also be special performances by
Act 1ne music students. Act 1ne is an
organization that was started by our piano
teacher James Weaver. Act 1ne provides
funding to students in grades K-12, who meet
specific criteria to receive educational
lessons in the performing and visual arts on
a scholarship. Our music teachers will also
be performing as well.
Families or individuals planning to come
must call in advance in order to be on our
guest list to attend our Open House.
Mental activity keeps your mind sharp and
agile. One way to do this is to continually
challenge yourself by learning a new skill
like taking up a musical instrument. An
active brain produces new connections
between nerve cells. This helps your brain
store and retrieve information more easily,
no matter what your age.
For more information about the Open House,
or our services, contact Jeannette Goldman,

THE
SUNSHINE STATE ACOUSTIC MUSIC CAMP is a Florida
institution, an annual teaching/learning camp held at Boyd Hill
Environmental Studies Area in St. Petersburg. The camp will be on NOVEMBER
14-15-16 this year.
NOW is the time to register. The SSAMC is kept small compared to other
larger camps, because we want everyone to have a chance to have a
maximum of good experiences in small classes and with plenty of
one-on-one time with instructors outside of the class times. The camp
provides an opportunity for students of all ages and levels of skill
to spend an entire weekend with highly qualified teachers of acoustic
music.
The teachers at SSAMC are not “celebrities”, but real experts,
focused on acoustic music and interested in passing it on to you. The
Sunshine State camp offers a wide array of classes (over 100 sessions
in the weekend) in just about every subject imaginable pertaining to
making acoustic music. There are student shows, a big instructor
concert on Saturday night, mentored jamming around the fire circle at
all times. Picnic areas, lots of room for kids to play, free camping,
free RV parking, and bunks in bunkhouses are available--all in a
beautiful natural setting. Tuition prices are reasonable and some
scholarships are available.
Full information, pictures, and registration forms, are available on
the internet through camp director Charley Groth's web site at http://www.cgmusicman.com
. On the introductory page, click on the lower of two buttons to
access the music camp section of the web site. If you have any
questions or need any information not provided on the web site, please
feel free to e-mail camp director Charley Groth at charleygroth@yahoo.com
The Sunshine State Music Camp operates as economically as possible, so
we can keep the registration price low and offer the camp to as many
people as possible. That means we don't have the kind of advertising
and promotion budgets many of the larger, more "for-profit"
camps have. Of course it is vitally important to get the word out!
Every year people come to us **after** the camp and tell us they'd
have been there if they'd only known about it in time. You can help us
get the word out by forwarding this e-mail to your e-mail list and/or
to anyone you think might be interested in coming to the camp or
helping to let others know about the camp.
Thanks very much... Hope to see you at this year's Sunshine State
Acoustic Music Camp. It looks like it will be one of the best ever.
We'll learn a lot, teach a lot, share a lot, and have a MAJOR amount
of fun!!
